More on Meloy

I'm liking this Colin Meloy guy more and more the more I read about him. He's currently reading two of my favorite books, according to this Boston Globe interview (via Largehearted Boy). And note the "bedside table" reference once again:

Q I'm guessing you're a voracious reader. What's on your bedside table?
A Two books. One is "Cloud Atlas " by David Mitchell. And "Anna Karenina" for those sleepless nights.

Also, this interview made me realize that the adorable child we saw wandering back and forth in front of us (wearing heavy duty ear protection, of course - and how incredibly adorable and indie do babies look in giant headphones) was the lead singer's new offspring. The woman carrying him was Meloy's partner, artist Carson Ellis.
